Help me decide. One house is on a main road with a few frum ppl on the actual road and lots of frum people on nearby side streets and has a very nice size yard. The other house is on a great frum block but had a tiny yard- not even enough room for swing set.

I’d take the big yard. We love playing outdoors, swings, our deck, the privacy , etc.

You do not want to be located on a main road. Your children cannot easily play with neighbors and the value of your home will always be less. You cannot back out of your driveway easily.

which one will you appreciate more in the long run?
Does the one will a small yard connect to other yards?

Great frum block. More important for the kids to have friends to keep them entertained than to have a swing set that they get bored of. With lots of company they won't need the big yard.
Been there done that. Used to have a big yard on main street with just a bit of people nearby (more on nearbany streets but not the same). The main road was a problem for playing outside of the gated yard too. Now we're on a great frum block which is awesome for the kids and we have just a small amount of outdoor space.

I prefer quiet over a noisy main road. However a back yard and privacy is very important to me as well. I would have to list all the pros and cons of both houses to really make such a decision.
