Anyone know of any Gemach’s that provide assistance for wedding expenses (this is for the boys side) who have lost a parent? Not sure if the losing a parent part makes a difference.

There is, or at least was, a gemach that gave to orphans. Losing just one parent was enough to qualify. I think it was located in Far Rockaway or the 5 towns. Sorry, don;t know the name.
