Not sure if this is what you're referring to, but the one I'm familiar with is a layer of brownie, topped with a thin layer of marshmallow fluff, topped with choc/pb rice crispie treats.

There's also one in The Balabuste's Choice cookbook with a brownie base with choc. syrup. Sorry I can't dig it up now.
