I was thinking about making this roast (from kosher.com/Dining In):
"Secret Ingredient Roast"

Has anyone made this before? Is it yummy? I spent too much money on my roast to use a gross recipe!

I don't know if it's this one, but I have a few friends who swear by the meat and coke recipe (prob the same or something siniliar). They said never use diet soda.

Dr. Pepper and fresh ginger is my favorite, and it works great with chicken thighs too. After Pesach, add some soy sauce to the sauce.
