I have used ez necklastic, and that works for dresses that I don't care if the top is gunched, and the fabric is stretchy enough. I have brought up an entire dress, including the shoulders but there needs to be enough fabric in the armpits and shoulders. I have a dress now that will not work with either of those solutions because it is very fitted in the arms, shoulders, and top of the dress. But I do have some extra fabric at the hem. I am wondering if it is possible to add on more material to the top from the hem--maybe even make a peter pan type collar? Anyone done that?
