Sorry, I just saw this now and the stores are already closed.
if you still want it for chol hamoed and chag sheni, it's called "Dekel".
It's part of the Blueband series of margarine.
It's produced once a year, for Pesach.
It's kind of hard to find since not all stores bother to stock it.
It's not the kind of thing that has any market once the holiday is over....
I got it at Superdeal here in Efrat - maybe the other branches in Jerusalem stock it too.
If not there, then chances of finding it are better in the more haredi areas.

Shemen d'kalim looks like it hardens like margarine. I’d assume that it is one of, if not the main ingredient.
