Coat in onion soup mix and fill tin 3/4 inch with coca cola, (I use grape juice instead). Cover and cook 2.5 to 3 hours on 350.

I did this with minute roast. Came out amazing and so easy. Buy a roasting bag. cut up lots of onions, garlic if you use. Put meat and onions in bag. (do not brown first) pour in about a cup of dry red wine. Cook in oven on 300 for 3 hours depending on size of meat. (Mine was small, maybe 3 or 4 lbs)

As long as you cook it on low heat for long time, minute roast or minute steak will come out soft. I find it needs a lot of garlic and onions
