Brokers take care of details, but they charge you a fee.
Zillow will let you post as sale by owner. There are other similar sites, not sure what they charge.
Hamodia is cost of an ad.

Well - it's in the 50's on 17th avenue, 40 x 100, 3 family house with finished basement and R6 zoning. Excellent condition. Created an email for inquiries: houseforsale4567@gmail.com.
