This is just beyond horrible. A chosson and kallah killed this morning in crash caused by two drunks drag racing: https://www.theyeshivaworld.co......html
I live in the area, and have been thinking about it all day. My heart goes out to their families. BDE.

When I read the story I just said HaShem Yerachem over and over. My brother sent me video clips of their engagement and then the car in flames and my heart just goes out to those grieving families.
It is worse than horrific , there are no words. HaShem should watch over all of us and send a nechama to these mourning families.

Bde " may Hashem comfort the families and all of klal yisroel. So so tragic and a senseless deaths. Why oh why do people do drag racing on regular streets????????!!!!!! I have no words. Painful. Such adorable chosson kallah.
I can't imagine how much pain this must be. Clearly the two perps should sit in jail. For a long long time. That might teach them a lesson. Nothing else did. Unfortunately.

BDE this has been keeping me up an entire night. I am so pained!!!!!! I keep looking at their happy faces. This was obviouslyeant to happen if they would've been there 5 minutes earlier or later. I just can't understand and am so pained. May klal yisrael know of no more pain!!!!!

My brother sent this to me on Erev Shevii Shel Pesach. I believe he attended the levaya of the chassan.
Listen to what the father of the boy, R Shaya Levin just got up and said. "On pesach the children take the afikomen. They spend a whole night guarding over it. Finally the father wants the matzo back. He questions the child to make sure it stayed pure-no chometz and then demands it back. But the child won't give it back without being promised an afikomen present. A child is like the matzo pure and free of chometz=yetzer hora. His whole life he tried to make sure it stayed that way...sending him to the best yeshivos etc. Now Hashem wants his matzo back. He said Hashem I am willing to give you the matzo back but I have the right to ask for an afikomen present. For my afikomen I want 10,000 shidduchim for both boys and girls in klal yisroel, 10,000 refuah shlaimas in klal yisroel and siyata dishmaya for 10,000 ppl who need yeshuos in the area of emunah and bitachon."

Not very nice to ask questions or analyze a father's speech given at a levaya.
Like... Come on.
Anyway, obviously a very hearbreaking thing to happen and very hard to understand.
