Warmer than NY but closer than Miami. Asking for too much?

I was there only once and stayed at the Trump International Beach resort. It was magnificent, clean and fresh smelling. It's a little higher up than the center so you'd have to travel to most restaurants. (Center is by low 40's this is in the high 100's I think 178th street or something.)
But there is a kosher restaurant right across the street Mozart Cafe (when I was there - it was a couple of years ago).

If you haven't booked yet, I believe a flight from NY to Bermuda is shorter than to Miami. If you're bringing your own food anyway.... Go somewhere different!

If you want to drive someplace much closer than Florida with warmer weather and gorgeous scenery, check out Virginia Beach. It's about 6.5 hours from NY, and will be beautiful later this week and early next week. Feel free to PM me for more details if you're interested.

But then my husband will have to take me and then who's gonna watch the kids?

I can do Amtrak but I would like to be in Miami for a few hours also and besides that, I must be back before Shvous LOL

If you don’t want to fly there is a beautiful hotel near the ocean in deal, nj and Thursday- shabbos it will be close to 80 degrees!
