I’m looking for a contractor in Brooklyn. Moving into a house that needs scraping/staining on one floor, painting the whole house, putting up 2 new bannisters, installing a firewall in the boiler room, and putting in a second sink in the kitchen, putting in spotlights in living room
Any recommendations? Should I rather hire separate people to do everything? I feel like one person is easier because they can coordinate and let them selves in
