Probably from the squash and of course I made a humongous pot this time. Any hope to save it? Anything to add?

I know this works if it has too much salt.
Maybe it will work for the bitter taste.
Strain the soup. Get rid of the veggies.
Cut up a few raw potatoes, and boil them in the soup.
I know the potatoes will soak up the salt.
Don't know if it will work for bitter taste.

Thanks all, I took out the zucchini. Added another carrot and sweet potato and a spoon of sugar. Will cook a bit longer and hope for the best. Don't want to do potatoes as nervous will make soup cloudy

Onion will make the soup sweeter too.

Summer squash always has a bitter undertone to me, which is why I don't put it in soup, and actually don't cook with it in general. And squash that's beginning to soften tastes more bitter than regular squash.
I don't know if adding an onion will work; you'll need to cook the soup for at least an hour to get the sweetness out of the onion, and simmering the soup for that long will intensify its current bitterness. Perhaps you can gentle saute an onion, and add the sauteed onion to the soup. But I think I would just add some good honey, a tablespoonful at a time, to make sure you're not going too far.
