Dh cooked up a big pot of chicken soup & it smells and tastes a bit metallic & fishy.
None of the chicken smelled bad, the veggies were fresh.
Any ideas why it happened & how to fix it?
(Made w legs, onions, garlic, carrots, will, a few spices, and water)
Never had this before w chicken soup.
Could the pot have been washed with the wrong kind of detergent?
Or stored in a cupboard where any strong pesticides where sprayed?
It may be something to do with the cooking vessel, rather than the food...
