Considering this. How do I meal plan??
This is more for digestion issues than weight so really want to have full meals. What are some meal ideas that you've liked? Quinoa is also not good.
Thank you in advance!

What kinds of things do you like? Salads with fleishig protein? Salads with milchig protein? Eggs with veggies? Stir fries?
You may want to check out the threads about the ketogenic diet as it is basically carb free.
ETA: Also there is soup. I am a little obsessed with soup right now. So many ways to make soups filling -- e.g. since you're off gluten but not carbs in general, you can puree boiled potatoes, carrots, zucchini, onion, spices, add some nutritional yeast for healthy cheesiness or parmesan for less healthy cheesiness, and you're done.

me too -- gluten free sugar free and now dairy free (due to inflammation)...no potatoes as they turn to sugar...
would love a supportive group
I find that when I stick to it strictly all cravings disappear by three days
stir frys are good, bone broth, chicken meat fish salads with avocado lemon and olive oil salt and seasonings, cabbage coleslaw with olive oil and lemon and salt
need to prepare in advance
best when I just eat chicken breasts for morning also
never found a "good" morning food as I can't eat eggs either

I’m on paleo Diet which is no sugar no carbs. (No processed food). My meals are based on vegetables and proteins, I’ll snack on fruit between meals.
Some ideas:
Breakfast:
Vegetable omelet
Israeli salad
Avocado
U can do hash browns if u can have potatoes and oil
Lunch
Tuna / salmon/ grilled chicken for protein
Any lettuce based salad with various vegetable toppings, sugar free dressing like lemon juice with olive oil, caesar, honey Dijon, balsamic vinegarette
Beet fries
Sweet potato fries
Supper
Baked chicken bottoms with olive oil and spices
Meatballs: I use almond flour in mixture instead of bread crumbs. I cook in tomatoe paste and water
Burgers, can do portobello mushrooms as buns
Grilled chicken
Veggie sides: parsnip fries, beet slices/chunks, steamed or roasted broccli/cauliflower, string beans roasted in oven, roasted baby peppers, stir fry sugar snap peas, butternut squash cubes
U can do any potato side dish too

I'm grain free/sugar free.
Basically my meals are a protein and a vegetable side dish.
