My 2yo did exact same thing. I got my dh onto night duty as I was pregnant and needed my rest. Usually she wanted a bottle and her music turned on then she would resettle. It did seem to be worse if she didn’t eat supper. Re bottles/paci 2 is still a baby, each child outgrows these things eventually not worth making an issue out of it. If she needs them for comfort then what is the harm? My own 2 yo just grew out of the night wakings in a couple of months. No need for training. I think if her security needs are met she will relax eventually. But if you’re desperate then do what you gotta do...
Re pin worms, the whole family needs to take a repeat dose 3 weeks later to kill any worms that hatched from eggs that were laid by the initial worms, the meds only kills the worms not the eggs.

A 2 year old with a paci at night is very normal, don’t take away everything at once.

Thank so much ! Surprisingly somehow since writing the post she’s been a bit better . I’m hoping it’s a phase that shall pass ...
You and anon after you - really reassured me about paci and bottle...
I wouldn’t take it away at once . I might try to switch her to water slowly .
