Really nice. Definitely can go in a dining room. Way too dressy for my kitchen.

Super pretty, I'd just be worried about stain removal from that suede like material

That's what I thought, but on the reviews on Amazon people were using them for kitchen which made me doubt if they are ok for my dining room.
I'm matching it with a glass and chrome table.

No kids. Also I'm planning to scotch guard them

Lots of people (Especially outside of the frum world) don't have a dining room, just an eat in kitchen, so the difference in formally may not be that great.

Do you mean that probably they have an open design kitchen and only one eating area.
I'm moving to an apartment that has a living room/dining room all in one room.
If I get these chairs for the dining room, what type of couch can go in the living room area? Can grey leather go, or does it also need to be velvet?

I love them. Definitely for the dining room. I think gray leather would be fine for a couch. Materials don't have to match.

The chairs trigger my trypophobia. But if no one in your family is affected, they're casual dining room furniture.

Is it too casual.
I like elegent, yet modern.
The floor is high gloss grey big tile 36x36.
The room has built in bookshelves in the living room and 2 built in buffet areas in the dining room. Both High Gloss white acrylic.
Everything is very modern, but I do want it to look Kavod for Shabbat.
BTW, it's in S. Fl., warm weather, if that makes a difference.

Whatever you do don’t get leather in Florida. Nothing worse than sweating at a shabbos meal from sitting on leather chairs.

This is actually not an issue in S FL because pretty much everyone has central ac running 24/7 11.5 months out of the year. Leather gets annoying in the car, but indoors it's not a problem. Homes tend to be overcooled, if anything.
ETA just realized I forgot to comment on the chairs. I really like them, op.

Ok, going for the chairs.
Table will be a custom glass, since tables don't come 120".
Now for the sofas.
I need something modern.
I love white, but really afraid it's going to get stained quickly.
So, my choices are grey or grey.
Not a sectional since we always have guests and it's hard to sit men and women seperately.
I don't like the retro look that I've seen around.
Probably I'll go with leather, if I find a good deal.
Any suggestions appreciated

I love a suede tufted couch but leather is more practical
