I’m not doing milchigs since I usually go out then and I just buy a few things.
I cook simple Hungarian since I have to do big quantities for picky eaters.

Fish:
Salmon and carp
Soup:
Asparagus
Butternut squash
Fresh chicken soup for shabbos
Main:
Capons
Chicken bottoms
French roast
Pickled tongue
Flanken
Sides:
Mashed potatoes
Cabbage and noodles
Squash soufflé
Shlishkes
Cherry turnovers as an additional in the plate
Dessert:
Apple strawberry compote
Some bought sorbet and stuff

How do you make your cherry turnovers? Flaky dough and pie filling or is there more to it ?

I'm not done figuring it out but here''s what I have planned:

I am roasting a turkey breast. That will be two meals. I am making salmon and will serve it hit once, making extra w idea that if we want, we can have it again, possibly on a Caesar salad. I am grilling a.piece of London broil for London broil salad. We will probably be invited out at least once.

Side dishes will be wild rice salad, roasted baby potatoes, roasted asparagus, roasted baby pepper, beet arugula salad, sesame quinoa, spinach feta bread......

Desserts will be strawberry rhubarb crisp, brownies, and for the milchig meal, ricotta cake. If there's a second milchig meal we will have iced coffee with ice cream.

Appetizers will be gazpacho, asparagus soup, cut up fruit,

That's all I have figured out so far but I have been considering an idea I have been wanting to do for years -- doing one milchig meal that's a traditional afternoon tea with scones and strawberries and cream, little cucumber and salmon sandwiches, little cakes, etc. It depends how efficient I am preparing.

OK, Icebreaker, instead of asking you, "What's....?" I decided to be a big girl and google first.

Use egg noodles only, not pasta or else you won't be able to freeze it. You can add more seasoning than listed, to taste.

Yes if you use egg noodles like chuster brand bow ties, they freeze beautifully. If you use pasta bow ties like from ronzoni brand, it won't freeze and reheat well. Same for orzo.

Can I do this with the long thin egg noodles or works better with bow ties?

You can use any egg noodles but the now ties seem to work best.
