Thinking of moving to Boston. However my husband and I will both be in school (or at least one of us) .
Trying to get a fuller financial picture- are there programs equivalent to fidelis health insurance, food stamps, wic?
Iyh hope not to qualify but curious to know if they exist.

Wic and food stamps are national programs, same rules everywhere in the US. The state Medicaid program is called Masshealth. You can Google it to see the details.
The cost of living is fairly high -- housing is not cheap. But people do manage to go to school, and still eat.
Hatzlacha with the decision!
