I bought a small bag of colorful mini potatoes. I could not resist them in the store, but after bringing them home, I have no clue what to do with them. Do I spice them and place in the oven, and if so, for low long and with what spices and at what temp? Help!

Spice them with olive oil, salt pepper, crushed fresh garlic, paprika, rosemary..whatever else you are in the mood of..put on baking sheet in oven at about 400 for 20-25 minutes.
I think there is a recipe in the BY cookbook if you want specifics.
