Hi! Does anyone have a good recipe for the above? I just got a package and I have no idea how to prepare it. We like whole cauliflower so I thought this would be a nice change.

I just added it to a smooth soup for something a little different. It can also be used in place of rice for a healthier option.

I sauteed onions, added the defrosted rice cauliflower and spices and let it cook until the cauliflower got soft.

I sautéed some garlic, then added it and sautéed it a.little more, added it to cooked brown rice.

I’ve kade pizza crust with it. Very delicious and nutritious. Way to hide veggies from those who don’t like to eat their veggies.
