How do I post a picture???
1 medium butternut squash
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 eggs
Crumble:
1/2 cup ground almonds or filberts
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Bake on 350 45-50 minutes or until golden.
Deep 9 inch round baking pan.

That's exactly what I did, because I had walnuts in my freezer from Pesach!! But my friend didn't think it was a good idea...

I found it too sugary when I used this recipe I wouldcut down the sugar a lot

Thanks again for everyone's help. Made it tonight , tasted it and it is delicious.
Cut the sugar to half a cup.
Topping used ground walnuts and only half cup brown sugar, not 3/4.
Was perfect and not overwhelmingly sweet.
Made in muffin tins, baked for 35 min.
