The Nitra yellow cookbook (The heimishe kitchen best of volumes 1&2) has two kokosh cake recipe that don’t need to rise. I know it’s not babka but maybe you’ll be interested.

The second BY cookbook has a pleasant cake. It's a dough, chocolate you swirl in, repeat. It's not yeast, it's something between a marble cake and a babka.

Thank for the replies. How long would it take with rapid raise? What's the difference between cocush and babka? Would like it to be tiny dough that's why I thought no raising would be better. Don't have the cookbooks you mentioned but thanks anyway.
Saw a recipe that was no raise but it was dairy and was afraid to change it... that's why decided to post here..
