I need another side for tonight and don’t want to dirty any pots. How long would I oven bake quinoa for.

I do this all the time. 2:1 +another splash of water to quiona. Add a splash of oil. Add cut up onions, veggies, garlic and whatever spices you want. Bake covered for about 1.5 hours on 350.

I made quinoa in pots today- with some vegis too. Next week, I will try it this way in the oven!
