* If you think this is my menu, think again! I don’t make such fancy and great variety meals.
I’m just putting together a list from the pot luck Yom Tov meals at my parents house from what all of my siblings and ILs have made over the years.
Oh, and don’t forget the milchig ice cream for Shavuos that all the kids look forward to!

A fun dairy appetizer we love serving is a yogurt bar: everyone gets a pretty bowl of yogurt and I put out different cut fruits, granolas, etc. Goes over very well!

Extremely quick, healthy, and yummy:
Blackened String Beans
1 pack Frozen French cut string beans
Drizzle olive oil, salt and black pepper over string beans. Bake 350 for 15 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes until string beans blacken. *Be careful not to burn them!
Popcorn Cauliflower
Drizzle olive oil, salt, garlic and paprika over cauliflower. Bake on cookie 375’ sheet until roasted.
Lemony Broccoli
Drizzle olive oil salt and lemon pepper seasoning and a bit of lemon juice. Bake on cookie sheet 375’ until roasted.
You-won’t-believe-it’s-not-fried Schnitzel
Cube schnitzel into small peices. Place in a lined 9x13 pan. Pour over a generous amount of American flavored Panko crumbs. Shake to coat. Drizzle a nice amount of canola oil and honey. Bake 375’. After 10 minutes pour more honey and oil and shake again. Bake for another ten minutes.
