I have a recipe for chocolate cake/brownies that has 2 cups of shredded, squeezed out zucchini in it. Do you think it would freeze well, or should I not risk it?

Zucchini bread freezes beautifully so I don't see why your cake shouldn't.

I have put zucchini brownies in the freezer and it came out fine.
