Now same with this one....
Can I use a recipe for spare ribs?
Any recipes?

You can use the same recipes for both boneless and spare ribs with bones.
This one is really easy and never fails.
4lb of ribs
3 sliced onions
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 jar of Mikes brand rib sauce
1 jar of Mikee brand garlic stir fry sauce
Preheat the oven to 375
in a large roasting pan pour the rib sauce on the bottom of the pan. Put the ribs on top, then the onions, then sprinkle garlic powder, then the brown sugar. Pour the garlic stir fry on top. Cover very tightly and bake in the oven for 2 1/2 hours. Cool and then FREEZE (at least overnight if not longer)
Before defrosting remove the layer of fat that forms.
The freezing for some reason makes them much softer and yummier. I usually make a few trays and then keep them in the freezer.

I use duck sauce, soy sauce and garlic powder. Just double wrap and bake a few hours on 300

I just pour it on. duck sauce to cover, sprinkle garlic powder and a little soy sauce. I don't cook with exact measurements. sorry
