My son is almost 15 months old. He has a full head of curly, unruly hair. Which products/styles are best to keep his hair out of his face, but still make him look like a boy?

Lymnok, why would you put a Kippa on a 15 month old?
Mouse & gel keep curls tamed. Pig tails or piggy buns are cute. A curly ponytail or bun high up is adorable for little boys.

Wet the comb or his hair and make a really tight bun on the top of his head with those really small elastics.
