I've made this before. Just mixed ketchup, mayo, bbq sauce, sweet chili... any sauce really. Spread on wrap, placed deli on top, rolled up. I didn't bake it. Ate it cold, as an appetizer. If u want to be super fancy u can add veggies on top with toothpicks.
It even froze beautifully! (Without the veggies obviously)

U could literally makeup any type of recipe for this!!
Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, chilli sauce, bbq sauce, any type of pastrami cold cuts and any vegetables u feel go with it. Pickles, chilli pepper, olives...
again I wouldn’t bake This. I would eat it cold.
I did for yom tov milky wraps. So yummy!! Maybe I’ll do with cold cuts instead!! Good idea!
