I heard the Linden community is growing nicely . Families living there are very happy. They have a good shuttle service to Boro Park. Its attracting a chassidishe crowd.

I am looking into this option and would like more info.
What type of houses are there for what price range? Is the neighborhood safe?
Does anyone know a real estate broker in the neighborhood?

Hi I live in Linden (as part of the MO community but get along great with my new chassidish neighbors.) The neighborhood is very safe. Houses range from 250-550k and are a selection of sizes (ranches, capes, colonials.) There are tons of parks, super easy commute to the city (two NJ Transit train lines along with a direct bus,) and a variety of shopping options.
Please feel free to PM me for info.

I know three young chassidish families living there and they are all very happy and settled. Seems like over 100 houses were sold already to chassidim. I have a very good feeling about this place.

I know someone who lives there.
It seems like a nice community.
One downside to living there is that there is only one bus transporting the children to/from school. So that the kids are on the bus a long time between the driving to multiple schools and the commute itself.
Many of the women there don't drive, so if you drive be prepared to be expected to "chauffeur" others around.
