OP, I agree with the above advice, just want to add. Your dd is still young, but it's not too soon to have some discussions with her regarding finances, budgeting, and also, what your and your dh's plans are, as far as supporting her when she gets married and kollel vs working.
So many young girls get married and do not have a realistic understanding of the way finances work or what it takes to support a family; how quickly the finances snowball once you are paying tuition and how long it takes to save enough money for a down payment, etc.
What are your own values, as far as whether your dd should support a boy in kollel, long term vs short term learning, etc? I don't mean that you should respond here, but that you should have these discussions with her.
