Perhaps the solution is to be fleishig until you stock up on milk and cake..... I wonder if almond milk or soya milk go well with kokosh cake.
Anyone have a good recipe for kokosh cake? (or should I start a s/o)?

Well, nothing.
And now I'm stuck with some fermented milk, that frankly looks spoiled, but I can't bare the thought of spilling it down the drain.
So I'm still waiting for suggestions..

Hmmm.. I think you might be onto something.
But that doesn't help my cuppa sour curdled milk right now.

Speaking of recipes, I once made kokosh with butter in the dough and filled it with a layer of nutella, then the reg kokosh filling. Oh wow was it delicious!
A major patchke and I burnt out my old blender (dont have a dairy mixer) but it was worthwhile.
