I sliced and fried a roll of g-fish into patties, and they, um...caramelized...too quickly. Is there a sauce (preferably not tomato-based) I can put on them and serve hot in order to salvage them?

Lol thanks!
Just the outside is burnt so I was thinking to just cut the edges off and then pour sauce over it and stick it on the blech.
