Hi all- A friend is very petite and feels her Sheitel sticks up a little higher than she would like on the crown/ hairline- and another Sheitel macher told her that chaya halon in Brooklyn does "surgery" on the front of a Sheitel to make it lie closer to the head/ hairline in a Way that is diff than a lace front or baby's hair. She is trying to decide if it is worth it. Does anyone have this or has anyone had it done? For anyone who is familiar with the procedure ( it hinks having the inside of the wig somehow) does it look a lot better? Would I do it again?

Yes, she does a great job. But it is irreparable, meaning you can't really add the hair back in. I think you should try to contact chaya directly and ask her any questions that you might have

Are the people you know who did it, happy? She'd be driving in from no so she wants to be pretty sure she will like to before coming to Brooklyn to look.

Chaya is great at that. I would make sure to be on top of how much she’s cutting. She’s a fan of thinner shorter Wigs
