I'm preparing dinners for when I'll be post partum and I was thinking to prepare tuna Patties for one supper and freeze. Is this freezable at all, raw or cooked? Or since canned tuna is cooked already I can't freeze? Please advise.

I have frozen cooked - actually, fried - tuna patties, with very good results.
You could also freeze salmon patties or chicken patties. Or meat patties.
