I'll be in Washington for Shabbos. R'shem Tov provides meals for Shabbos. I booked online and tried calling numerous times to get details of the meals he provides but no one returns phone calls or emails. Has anyone spent shabbos in Washington or know any information you can share with me?

No experience with Chabad of DC, but I've found that other Chabads are often too busy to respond to phone calls, and email is the best way to reach them.

What kind of information are you looking for?

Try to imagine how many phone calls he must get per day from tourists. THere's a reason Chabads in touristy spots provide extensive information for tourists on their website. While they're happy to cater to and help the visitors, their main priority is the local community. It's important to realize that. They can't be busy taking phone calls all day from tourists who want to know how far it is to shul and which hotel they should stay at, when they could just google map it themselves (for examples).

I'm coming with a kid who is allergic to gluten all I really want to know is if she can have any of the food. I am paying for the meals and it's hard to bring everything.

I would send an email saying that you paid for meals for Shabbos Parshas X, and one of your children is GF. Ask what food they will be able to eat, or whether they can go out of their way to specifically make some of the food that Shabbos GF.
