My 3 month old baby's diapers suddenly got a strong and horrible smell. It never happened before but today all his dirty diapers smelled very strong. He's exclusively breastfeeding and I haven't eaten anything different lately. What could it be? And should I be worried?

constipation prior to this happening? if not that. could be a virus - could also be a bigger problem. Talk to MD.
