My son is turning 3 soon and we are starting to plan his upsherin . this is our first time making a simcha like this (our parents did his bris) abd I have no clue where to start/what to do. Please share what you've done, costs, ideas ... Do I need entertainment? Tell me everything!

Have you been to an upsherin? Who do you plan to invite?
