I have an almost 2 and almost 4 year old currently.
Cereals of all types including porridge, weetabix etc
Yogurt
Cheese
Eggs
Baked beans
Pasta
Buckwheat
Soups-every variety especially if blended
Salmon (especially the older one)
Sometimes avocado
Toast
Rice
Potatoes
Humous
Cucumbers, carrots, celery, broccoli, peas (favourite), peppers especially red, the occasional spinach,
Gefilte fish
Meat balls
Chicken, especially dark pieces
Sandwiches on occasion
Shnitzel
Corn on cob
Bananas, apples, pears, tangerines, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, plums,
Smoothies
Cholent
Stew
I really could go on. My youngest eats exceptionally well and the older one needs a little encouragement sometimes. I very rarely give them cookies or cake, a real treat is pretzels or raisins for us. Never any candy or fizzy drinks... but....
Both of them are underweight to the point of falling off their charts. So I guess it really makes no difference weight wise what kids eat
