How old is the baby? Have you asked your pediatrician?

Is she on formula? My baby was very constipated until 2 weeks ago when I switched formula brands and her stools loosened.
You can give her a few oz's prune juice.
If she is eating solids go for high fiber foods. Stay away from bananas. Avocado's are helpful as well.

Speak to your pediatrician if non of the above is helpful.

Sure. My baby was on the milchig materna and I switched to the milchig Kendamil infant formula. It's a new one around here and seems to come from the UK.

Is she eating any solids yet? I steam prunes and dates and blend it with applesauce and the water it steamed in. I feed it to my daughter with every meal. Helps her go

I stopped baby oatmeal and it helped a lot. Stopped baby food. My baby is the same age. Had bought lots of Pears and prune baby jars.
I give him fresh soft peaches . He loves it. Eats some yogurt, vegetable barley soup, cheerios wih a bit of milk. Gave him some peanut butter whole wheat bread the other day. He has no interest in cheese. Nurses and drinks Kendamil. He will even grab a French fry. Better than dirt!

I found that the Enfamil Gentlease formula was easier on the stomach.
