I think that will really depend on what you serve. You can serve baked chicken and potato kugel (more frugal) or you can serve a brisket every week (more spendy) or both. Do you eat a lot of produce? Do you eat gefilte which is cheaper or do you make a side of salmon which is more expensive. There are so many variables.
