What types of soups can be frozen? I just made a great tomato cannellini bean soup.. Will that freeze well? Thanx.

Most soups freeze well. I'm not sure about cream soups because I never make such things. If I wanted a cream soup I'd freeze it without the cream and add the cream or yogurt after reheating, just before serving.

Beans freeze well so it is very possible that soup will freeze well. I haven't tried so I can't say for sure.
Blended soups freeze very well. I've frozen soups with vegetables in it- carrots don't come out quite the same but we don't mind. Also I've frozen unblended soups with lentils and kasha or barley successfully.

I had bad results when freezing a minestrone soup. The noodles were mushy when reheated.
I freeze split pea, zucchini, onion, butternut squash
