Pizza
omlets
a/t w/ wraps (tuna wraps etc..)
You can do 'breakfast for supper' -pancakes, french toast
fish sticks and roasted potatoes
dairy veggie quiche and onion soup

Here's one of my favorite recipes for a dairy veggie quiche, but really it's super flexible--whatever combo of veggies and cheese you like should work. I also make ones with just cheese no veggies.
