I'm being in E. Israel this summer.
I'm planning to be at the dead sea but was wondering if I should plan my itinerary with a short stop at the beach due to the 100+ weather? or is it enjoyable to stay longer?
Any tips on what to bring along to the beach?
Is it full of people? will I find an empty sun shade canopy? beach chair?
TIA!!!

It's hot, so we stayed indoors most of the day. We went down to the water in the evening, but it was still nearly 100 degrees, only the sun wasn't beating down on us.
The water was like a bath - so warm!
I don't do too well in the heat, so we went knowing it would be a relaxing and slow vacation (2 nights), but if you're up to it, there are things in the area. Masada, ein gedi etc
