Sauté onions- add tomatoes then whisk some eggs and pour into pan- add salt and pepper... melted cheese if you like
Eat with warm rolls

Or pasta with melted cheese

Many people like warm soup after a fast - I have an easy tomato soup recipe that is made with tomato juice

I divided one frozen pizza dough in half and made-

Cheesy Garlic knots
Pizza dough
Cheese
Frozen garlic cubes, salt, basil, parsley, black pepper and olive oil mixture
Roll into a thin rectangle, sprinkle cheese, roll up (pinch edges tightly together) into a long rope. Cut evenly into 4 ropes. Knot each one and dip into mixture.
Bake 20-25 minutes 350’

Dairy Cinnamon buns
Filling- butter, splash red milk, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon
Mix well and spread on dough. Roll up into a rope and cut even peices

Mini pizzas

Tomato vegetable soup

Fresh salad

Avocado salad

All I made was an onion soup. Will whip up some herbed goat cheese omelettes and cut a quick salad. Bought some yummy onion rolls and sweets from the bakery. Have watermelon and grapes from before the fast.
Should cut it too start with!

My big ones are in the country with my husband and my baby is asleep so it’s just me. I made myself macaroni and cheese. I can’t wait to eat it. That’s always what I break my fast on.

Took me 1 1/2 hours and kept me very occupied. The alternative was cleaning my house. Lol.

For the longest time I've been wondering if it's possible to make cinnamon buns with pizza dough. How did they taste? At what temp and for how long did you bake them?
