I will start. First we had iced coffee and blueberry muffins. (I usually don't believe in breaking your fast on sweets, but these were just out of the oven.) Then we had mujadara and salad.

Decaf with heavy cream. A lot of water. Continuing the food portion of my fast til tomorrow because I’ve always wanted to try an extended fast.

I’m pregnant and didn’t fast but my husband had potato soup, a tuna melt, and watermelon (after breaking his fast on a cup of wine for havdallah 😮).

Orange juice. Onion soup. Onion rolls. Herb and goat cheese omelette. Israeli salad.
I'm in a food coma on the couch now!

Water, Motrin, coffee, sour-dough bread toast, veggie soup, watermelon. In that order 😀

It’s amazing what an hr can do along with a bit of food can totally change the way you feel

I don't know. I'm feeling a lot worse now. Sad and totally can't even think of food!

DH is oot so made havdala on green tea. Then fresh cinnamon bun, zucchini soup, rice pasta with pesto and salmon.
Kids ate cheese sandwiches and veggie sticks for dinner so I finished the veggies with some dip.
