Of course. I know that for awhile already and pace myself for it.

For sure it's the dehydration. I thought I prepared by drinking tons of water Thursday and Friday, and I'm guzzling water today. Will try Powerade, thank you!

I’m feeling much sicker today than yesterday.
Not dehydrated though.
I’ve been drinking slowly and steadily last night and all day today (can’t drink too much at once or I won’t keep it down).
There are other things besides dehydration that can make someone sick after a fast.
Putting this our there so if there’s anyone else here like me they won’t make the mistake of drinking too much and getting even worse.

I learned a few years ago the hard way that today I have to make myself eat filling meals and drink a ton otherwise I will feel horrible. Once I started to prioritize this I started to do much better. Also I found that coconut water helps a lot more then gatorade or powerade.

It’s hard to tell you what to do because I can’t know how your body works. My metabolism and my issues might be very different than yours. I eat very small amounts of light foods. No vegetables, raw or cooked, no high fiber complex carbs, very little protein. Nothing fatty or greasy and nothing sweet. I also drink small measured amounts at frequent intervals.
Mainly I give myself time and wait for it to pass.
Hope you get back to yourself soon!

I guess I'm the only one who finds the fast day itself more difficult than the day after.
