Ok  - I'll translate.
New takanos to advertise in the town's circulars:
1 - No pics of women or girls even with blurred faces.
2 - No pics of any clothing on mannequins or 'stuffed' to give them a shape
3 - Bathing suits are not allowed to be advertised
4 - Only "eidel" corsets can be advertised
5 - Maternity clothing can't be on printed on the cover, and only 'eidel' pics of them printed inside
6 - Custom and Human Hair sheitels cannot be advertised
7 - Synthetic wigs cannot be advertised on cover and inside only without any pics (and low cost only).
8 - No photos of hair styles
9 - Cannot advertise manicure or pedicures
10 - Facials can only be advertised in the classified section
11 - Makeup is not allowed to be advertised, except as cosmetics in the classified section
12 - Perfume is not allowed to be advertised, except as fragrances in the classified section
13 - Electrolysis and Waxing can be advertised, but body parts, I.e. eyebrows and upper lip, cannot be mentioned.
14 - Mary Kay products can only be advertised as skin care products, no mention of makeup or pics of makeup is allowed
15 - Women's stuff - I.e. Time, Bonei Olim and obgyn can advertise but without mentioning details
16 - non jewish stuff I.e. birthday cake and birthday presents is not allowed.
17 - Droshos and speeches in English cannot be advertised. If its a lecture from a doc, permission needs to be sought
18 - Pics of non jews and modern yidden are not allowed.
19 - English concerts or plays are not allowed
20 - Film and slides are only allowed if its in Yiddish and permission from the Vaad has been granted
21 - Gum cannot be advertised
22 - Tapes from not heimishe yidden cannot be advertised
23 - Womens first name cant be written, only her initial can be used (except for ads for parties)
24 - Social media symbols cannot be used
25 - And anything else considered inappropriate cannot be advertised.

Clearly the target audience is not on this site, so let's not bash and there is no reason to argue
This is how they would like to make gedarim (and gedarim for gedarim). Not for me, but also not my place to judge.

Satmar chassidim are great ppl in their own way. This made me cringe but since no jew is without fault I'll focus on their positiv. If it's a joke I'm very unimpressed. Why make a joke like that? Poor taste.
