Anyone have good recipe?
Or, do I just cook in plain water?

First cook in with some onions and garlic in plain water. Then make a sauce before serving. That how I do it. It's delicious. Sometimes I heat it up in a pan with a thin layer of chicken soup so it doesn't dry out. Yummy. Getting hungry just thinking abt it.

If it is 'pickeled' then it's spiced ready to cook. I don't think adding onions or whatever should be added. You can add your desired sauce before serving. I cook mine in a pot of water, covered, keeping it in the vacuumed bag the store puts it in or cook with it's juices mixed with more water it the pot. Cool off and make sure they are semi frozen or at least freezing cold for slicing. I slice it with a very sharp knife. Try cutting them thin being carefull they shouldn't fall apart. Save the juices for rewarming.
