Why would frum companies list certain positions such as a secretary or office assistant as female only? Wouldn’t it be more tznius for a man (if it’s a male boss) to have a male assistant?

I don't understand -- frum businesswomen don't have assistants? 
ETA: meaning, why would you assume it's a male boss? I assume a lot of frum companies are headed by women because in the yeshivish world they tend to be the breadwinners.
