I need something to be my milchig oven.
Other than price, how do I make this decision? The KitchenAid says its only a 4 slice toaster though it' more expensive and seems bigger, can anyone advise me?

The kitchen aid one seems very good.
But can you post a link to the site your ordering from? The 4 slice part confuses me and from what I've seen it's larger than that.

The kitchen aid can hold a 12" pizza and the black & decker can hold two 12" pizzas.
You should buy something that can for sure accomdate a 9x13 pan.
